December is the current calendar month.

 

Based on the calendar month, the current system month is January.

 

The next benefit month to be processed is February.

 

At the end of the calendar month (December), authorized programs (systems current month January) are copied and rolled into the benefit month (February) by AZTECS.

 

When rollover occurs, February benefits are automatically authorized and displayed on the benefit history screens unless the case has been identified as subject to change. See the AZTECS Monthly Production Schedule for the rollover date.
