Methods of CA Overpayment Collection - Cash Repayment

Participants who request to make payments on an overpayment balance at an FAA office must be referred to pay directly to the Office of Accounts Receivable and Collections (OARC).
 
All payments must be identified with the participant's name and DES account number.
 
OARC accepts the following methods of payment:
 
●Cash payments
●Through the TouchPay portal. For more information, visit the website at www.touchpayonline.com.
●At a TouchPay kiosk. For more information on kiosk locations, contact the TouchPay Customer Service at (866) 204-1603.
 
NOTE NA benefits cannot be accepted as payment for a CA overpayment.
