An appellant may appeal the Appeals Board decision when the decision is adverse to the appellant.

 

An appeal may be made by filing an application for appeal to the Court of Appeals within 30 calendar days from the mailing date of the Appeals Board decision.

 

An appellant cannot request to continue benefits pending a judicial review appeal.
