AHCCCS Health Insurance for Parents (HP) is provided under the Health Insurance Flexibility and Accountability Act (HIFA). HIFA is an amendment to Title XXI of the Social Security Act. Eligibility for HP is determined jointly by FAA and AHCCCS. Due to funding, HP is a limited enrollment health insurance program for parents and stepparents of S.O.B.R.A. children.

 

The HP program has been cancelled effective 10/01/09.
