Guaranteed Enrollment Definition
 
A period of MA coverage that begins with the first month of enrollment and continues for up to an additional five full months. This period of eligibility may end early when the participant meets any of the following:
 
●Moves out of state
●Dies
●Is adopted
●Is in jail
●Was ineligible when enrolled
