FUNCTION 4. ADD EXISTING CLIENT TO CASE
To add an existing CA or NA participant to a case, first select Function 1 (INQUIRE ON PERSON).
 
When the INQUIRY finds the participant, AZTECS displays the participant's identifying data on CLIM.
 
When the participant is KNOWN to AZTECS, key Function 4 in the SELECT FUNCTION (BY NUMBER) field to add the participant to the case.
 
Key information in the following fields:
 
ENTER CASE NUMBER
PROGRAM = TYPE
BENEFIT PERIOD START.
 
Press ENTER. The participant is added to the case.
