Policy and procedures regarding FAA office overpayment responsibilities are outlined as follows:

The worker must review the case to determine whether there have been any overpayments at each of the following times:

●At each application for benefits

●At each renewal for benefits

WARNING

For CA, Arizona state law provides that any worker who does not immediately report a discovered overpayment is subject to dismissal.
