Financial Accounts - Overview

Financial accounts may be determined countable or not countable, depending on the program. See Resource Limits for NA and CA resource amounts

NOTE Monies that have already been counted as income in a given month must not be counted as a resource in the same month. Count any money remaining in the following month as a resource.

Consider all countable financial accounts that are available to the budgetary unit when determining eligibility.

For Pascua Yaqui Tribal TANF, up to $2,000 in financial accounts per household is not countable as a resource.
