Keying Fraud Disqualification
When an instance of CA or NA fraud has occurred, complete the following:
 
●Key occurrences of fraud in the OTHER DISQ field, using the FR Code. (See Fraud Determination)
●Key the start date of the disqualification period in the DISQ START DT field. This is the first month and year the participant became prospectively ineligible.
●Key the length of the disqualification period in the DISQ PERIOD (IN MONTHS) field. AZTECS uses the start date and the disqualification period to determine the disqualification end date.
 
NOTE The VQ, IPV, and OTHER DISQ fields are not used by AZTECS for budget calculations. Any action when required for these disqualifications MUST be taken by the EI.
