Delays in the Eligibility Determination - Overview

Any delay in eligibility determination caused by the participant's refusal or failure to cooperate results in denial or closure. There is no requirement to wait until the last day to deny the application. (See Cooperation Requirements)

NA EXCEPTION

An NA application cannot be denied prior to the NA Denial Date as indicated in the AZTECS Monthly Production Schedule (AMPS). (See Application Denial Time Frames for EXCEPTION)
