Monies exchanged between any of the following, when residing in the same dwelling, to pay mutual rental or housing expenses, are NOT COUNTABLE:
●Two or more budgetary units
●Participants within the same budgetary unit
●A participant and a nonparticipant
This applies when none of the individuals owns the property or is buying it.
