State Assistance Qualified Noncitizen
Consider the following noncitizens, qualified noncitizens for the purpose of eligibility for State Assistance:
 
●Noncitizen lawfully admitted for permanent residence as an immigrant pursuant to the Immigration and Nationality Act (INA) Sections 101(a)(15) and 101(a)(20).
●Noncitizens whose physical presence in the U.S. is known and allowed by the Immigration and Naturalization Service (INS).
