Supplemental Payments are benefits that are issued in addition to the benefits that were issued on the monthly payroll. Supplemental payments are issued to a budgetary unit to correct an underpayment situation.
Issue supplemental payments when it is discovered that the budgetary unit is entitled to them. The budgetary unit is not required to take any action.
Key Y in the SEL field on STAB for each month determined eligible for a supplemental payment.
