STAC - Purpose
STAC displays only when a State Assistance Program is added to a case using APMA. Once the participant selection is complete, STAI displays.
EXCEPTION
STAC does not display after participants have been selected. When a State Assistance Program is added to AZTECS using REAP, only STAI displays.
