General Assistance Counter History (GACH) -Purpose
The General Assistance Counter History (GACH) screen displays benefit payment information for
GA participants.
GACH tracks GA benefits prior to 02/01/01. GACH displays only one 36-consecutive-month period.
NOTE The GACH TIME LIMIT START and END DATE fields remain blank until the year 2004.
For GA payment information prior to information displayed on GACH, contact the
FAA Systems Help Desk via e-mail. The request must include the following:
●Participant's full name.
●AZTECS case number.
●Participant's SSN.
●Time period needed.
