Work Requirements Good Cause Reason

Request this information on Client Profile (CLPR).

Good cause for work requirements is a sufficient reason, based on circumstances beyond a participant’s control, for failing to meet work requirements. A good cause reason is an opportunity for the participant to present relevant information on the issue of noncompliance with work requirements. A good cause reason can lead to continued participation in the program and avoidance of losing benefits.

FAA considers all the facts and circumstances, on a case-by-case basis, to determine whether a good cause reason exists.

See Good Cause Reasons for list of possible good cause reasons.
