The CA budgetary unit received TCC for five months and then income decreased.
The family applied and was determined to be CA eligible again.
Two months later income increased and the CA case closed.
Since the budgetary unit was eligible and received at least one month of CA, the budgetary unit is eligible for a new 24 month TCC period.
