Nancy lives with her grandmother, Georgia, who has been appointed Nancy's Legal Permanent Guardian (LPG).

 

Nancy's mother and Nancy's brothers also live with Georgia.

 

When Nancy's mother also requests CA for herself and her sons, create two AZTECS cases; one for Nancy and Georgia, and one for Nancy's mother and Nancy's two brothers.

 

Nancy's mother can have a case for herself and her sons since Georgia has been appointed LPG only to Nancy.
