Head of household is any of the following, who receives Cash Assistance for themselves and on behalf of the dependent child, or only on behalf of the dependent child:
 
●A dependent child's parent
●The spouse(g) of a dependent child's parent
●A dependent child's nonparent relative
●The spouse of a dependent child's nonparent relative
