Grant Diversion Eligibility Example 6

Janice and her three children applied for CA and were approved for Grant Diversion (GD) in the months of January, February, and March of 2011. Janice received her GD payment in the month of February 2011.

Janice did not find full time employment and came back in to apply for CA again in May of 2011. Her budget group meets all eligibility criteria for CA. Janice is not eligible for GD again because it has not been 12 months since she received her last GD payment. Janice accepts ongoing CA and it is approved.

Janice is potentially eligible for GD again in March 2012.
