FUNCTION 9. ADD CLIENT TO ST PROGRAM
Use this function to add a participant to an RP or TC State Program.
The maximum case size for each of the State Programs is as follows:
●RP - The case size cannot exceed 50. There is no relationship requirement.
●TC - The case size cannot exceed two. The second participant must be the spouse.
