FUNCTION 8. DELETE CLIENT FROM AZTECS

Use this function to delete a participant who has been incorrectly registered OR has never had a Participation Code other than OU for CA or NA.

WARNING

AZTECS will not allow the following to be deleted even when their Participation Code has always been OU:

●Caretaker Relatives

●NA Representatives

●Minor Siblings

●Parents of minor children (when the children are coded IN on SEPA)

●Participants with State Program involvement

●Participants whose income was deemed

●PIs

●Spouses

●Stepparents

To delete a person from AZTECS, complete the following:

●Select Function 1 (INQUIRE ON PERSON)

●Select the participant for maintenance. Key 8 in the SELECT FUNCTION (BY NUMBER) field.

●Press ENTER. The individual is deleted from AZTECS.
