Due process Definition
 
The agency has provided the participant with an opportunity to respond to allegations of potential fraud(g) when ALL of the following has occurred:
 
●Notified the participant of each allegation against him or her.
●Informed the participant of the evidence that supports the findings in the investigation.
●Provided the participant an opportunity to submit a written response to the allegations.
●Given the participant an opportunity to meet with the investigator.
●Provided participant with an opportunity to present statements from rebuttal witnesses.
