Contracted Third-Party Non-Merit Staff Definition
Contracted Third-Party Non-Merit Staff are non-state employees who assists FAA with all of the following functions:
●Advising participants on the application status when they have already applied.
●Advising applicants, calling to apply that they can apply online.
●Assisting participants in completing applications by asking the application questions and entering the responses in HEAplus.
●Advising participants of what information is missing by reviewing the notice request.
●Assisting participants that are reporting changes by completing and submitting the change report for review and action by FAA.
