Herschel is receiving CA for himself and his two children, Stephanie, and Alex. Barbara, Herschel’s niece, is also living in the home. Herschel is the legal permanent guardian of Barbara (a minor child) and she is included in Herschel’s CA case.

 

Everyone living in the home purchases and prepares food together.

 

No one in the NA budgetary unit is disqualified and keyed as DE or DF on SEPA.

 

The entire NA budgetary unit (including Barbara) is Basic categorically eligible since the NA budgetary unit receives CA (TANF benefits or services).
