Application Process - DNAP Decision Notices
When the application is approved, advise the PI of the following:
●The eligibility decision
●The amount of benefits
●The approval period
Complete and give the DNAP Approval Notice (FAA-1371A) to the participant.
When the application is denied, inform the PI of the reason for the denial. Complete and give the DNAP Denial Notice (FAA-1372A) to the participant.
When the budgetary unit disagrees with any action taken, they may request an appeal. (See
