The interview is conducted on 10/15. During the interview, the PI, Irv, explains that he had applied for his children as well as his nephew, Davey, who lives with them. Davey's parents moved in with the budgetary unit on 10/13.

Remove Davey from the budgetary unit effective 09/25.

Irv and his children are eligible in 09 and 10. The application is approved without Davey.

Notices must be sent informing Irv of eligibility for him and the children, and ineligibility for Davey since he is not deprived of parental support when the determination is completed.
