A block of eligibility is an eligibility period that includes a begin date and an end date when it is sent to
AHCCCS.
Because
AZTECS is able to send this block of MA eligibility, it is possible to complete an approval and a closure for a participant on the same day.

When completing a determination for BOTH 31 and TMA for the same budgetary unit, the EI must wait one day before authorizing T1.
