The compromise household consists of four people, the same three adults who were part of the household when the overpayment occurred and the 6-year-old son. The 18-year-old daughter and her child are excluded because she is now an adult and was not an adult at the time of the overpayment.
 
The income of the PI, Spouse and 20-year-old daughter is countable in determining the compromise. The income of the 18-year-old daughter is not countable since she is not part of the compromise household.
