The Resolution Center Help Desk is operated by the Division of Technology Services (DTS) Customer Service Support Center (CSSC). The Resolution Center Help Desk assists with PC, mainframe, voice and software issues. FAA Policy Manual Internet access problems are referred to specified Help Desk staff for resolution.
