B FAA Systems Help Desk – Written Inquiries
Report problems to the FAA Systems Help Desk via e mail when directed by policy and procedures outlined in the FAA Policy Manual. Hearing impaired staff may report all problems through e‑mail to the FAA Systems Help Desk. The message should include the staff's PCN(g), the AZTECS case number, benefit month, and other information about the problem. The Help Desk staff researches the problem and sends a reply as soon as possible.
 
Suggestions for improvement or enhancements to be considered in future Systems changes may be sent by e-mail.
 
Written inquiries may be sent by interdepartmental mail using the Request to FAA Systems AZTECS Help Desk (FA 658) form.
