.01 QC Federal Differences - Procedures
When a Federal Difference is cited, the Quality Support Team (QST) provides the following with a copy of the federal letter within one workday(g) of receipt:
Field Operations Manager
Program Manager
Local Office Manager (LOM)
FAA Policy Support Team (PST)
A conference call is held with the following:
QST representative
FAA local office
Designated representative from the PST
Field Operations Manager's representative
Procedures for the conference call are as follows:
The QC representative initiates the conference call between all representatives.
The conference call is held seven calendar days from the date the Federal Difference is received by FAA.
