B Restored NA Benefits
(01/01/17 - 12/31/17)
Restored NA benefits are issued when it is discovered that the budgetary unit is entitled to them and the case is in either a denied or closed status. The budgetary unit is not required to take any action. This includes extreme delays in processing for a period of 12 months or longer.
NOTE When CA or NA are in open status and benefits have already been issued, see Supplemental Benefits.

The date FAA was notified or discovered that a loss of benefits occurred.
The date the budgetary unit requested an Appeal because it disagreed with an adverse action that resulted in a loss of benefits.
The date of notification that an Intentional Program Violation (IPV) disqualification was reversed.
The date the budgetary unit receives a favorable decision through the Appeal process, a judicial action, or other court action.
The date FAA discovered an application was processed untimely.
