NA Voluntary Withdrawal - Overview

A budgetary unit may request withdrawals from the NA program during the NA approval period. Explore the reason the withdrawal has been requested and use the appropriate Denial Closure Reason Code. Use the Voluntary Withdrawal (VW) Denial Closure Reason Code only when unable to determine the reason for the withdrawal request.

The participant may request withdrawal in one of the following manners:
