●Land jointly held with the tribe
●Land that cannot be sold without the approval of the Department of Interior's Bureau of Indian Affairs
 
NA EXCEPTION
Land on Tribal Land is countable as a resource when all of the following apply:
●The land is owned solely by the participant
●The land can be sold without the approval of the Department of Interior's Bureau of Indian Affairs
