When an agency or organization sponsors a qualified noncitizen, it assumes the responsibility for meeting the qualified noncitizen's needs as a condition of the non-citizens' entry into the United States.

 

Qualified noncitizens who are sponsored by a private or public agency or organization are potentially eligible for benefits.

 

The income and resources of the agency or organization are not deemed to the LPR.
