As a requirement for CA, parents or other relatives who apply or are receiving CA are required to comply with all requirements specified in the PRA.
 
EXCEPTION
Individuals coded OU in the CA PT field on SEPA are not required to sign or comply with PRA requirements, and are not subject to graduated sanction policy.
NOTE This exception does not apply to the Pascua Yaqui (PY) Tribal TANF Program or the Hopi Tribal TANF Program
