CA PRA School Attendance Requirements
Each child age six through fifteen must be enrolled in and attending school or be home schooled.
 
FAA must review the school attendance status for each child and the PI must complete one of the following at each new or renewal application:
 
●Indicate the school attendance status for each child on the official application.
●Provide a statement regarding the school attendance status for each child.
●Establish School Attendance good cause when the participant refuses to cooperate.
●When a child is home schooled, document the participant's statement that the child is being home schooled. When the information provided seems questionable(g), request a copy of the Department of Education's Affidavit of Intent.
