Absent Parent Creation (APCR)
APCR allows new or existing AP information to be keyed. Use APCR to connect or delete an AP's information for a specific child.
When the mandatory information is keyed and the screen is processed, AZTECS assigns a
Client I.D(g) number to the new AP.
NOTE To create a new AP record, key the following mandatory fields: SURNAME, GIVEN, and SEX.
To be eligible, a child must be deprived of parental care or support because of one of the following:
●One or both parents have died
●One or both parents are disabled
●One or both parents are continuously absent
●The primary wage-earning parent is unemployed or underemployed
