Voluntary Quit Noncompliance Notification
When a CA participant voluntarily terminates paid employment without a work requirement disqualification
good cause reason, the CA case is subject to
graduated sanctions.
Voluntary Quit verification includes, and is not limited to, any of the following:
●The previous employer
●Employee associations
●Union representatives
●Grievance committees or organizations
●Collateral contact
NOTE Collateral contact verification can only be used to clarify documented verification or when the participant is unable to obtain the verification and asks for assistance.
