A participant residing temporarily out of the U.S. for at least 30 calendar days, is ineligible for benefits. Remove the ineligible participant and redetermine benefits allowing for NOAA. (See Removing A Participant)

When all participants in the budgetary unit are temporarily residing outside of the U.S., close the case.
