LIBL/STBL Hardship Extension – Ability to Complete an Educational or Training Program Verification
Verification of the ability to complete an educational or training program includes, and is not limited to, any of the following:
●Verification from the educational or training program. The verification must indicate all of the following:
The participant is a student or trainee of the program.
The date the participant will complete the program.
The date the participant began the program.
Whether the participant is making continued progress, as defined by the educational or training program.
●Any other evidence that supports the participant’s claim of the ability to complete an educational or training program.
