Counter Display - Overview
CODF tracks NA and displays NA benefit information pertaining to
ABAWD.
When a Y is keyed in the FS field on WERE, CODF displays.
On CODF, a one-character code displays beneath each NA benefit month that an NA benefit was issued. The codes are as follows:
●X - Countable toward the three-month limit
●F - Discretionary exemption was applied
●O - Not countable
●E - Countable toward three-month extension
