Change of Address - Overview

Address changes must be keyed in AZTECS by close of business on the day the change is reported (See Address-Effecting Changes).

WARNING

To ensure the budgetary unit receives all information and notices that may affect their eligibility, remind the PI or Representative reporting changes in their address to also report the change to the U.S. Postal Service.

Policy and procedures regarding reports of change of address are outlined as follows:
