ADFF Reports
The following reports are available in the CA OM Web Viewer and SAR to assist in monitoring and maintaining cases affected by Finalist formatting:
●Review Case For Site Code Transfer (CR115)
The CR115 lists cases in which Finalist changed the ZIP Code, and the new ZIP Code is serviced by a different site code, or multiple (MUL) site codes.
●Addresses Not Converted By Finalist (CR116)
The CR116 lists cases in which Finalist cannot find a valid match. The reason for the inability to verify or convert an invalid address is listed on the report as follows:
●RES - Finalist cannot match the residential address as keyed.
●MAIL - Finalist cannot match the mailing address as keyed.
