.06 FAA Responsibilities Regarding GLA
The Region Program Manager (PM) is responsible for establishing procedures to create and maintain a current GLA list for the region. The PM provides copies of the list to each local office within the region.
The local office must conduct periodic random on-site visits. The visits are to ensure the accuracy of the list of currently participating residents. The visits also ensure that FAA records are consistent and current.
The PM establishes the procedures used during the on-site visits.
