B Participants Required to Comply With the CA PRA

Effective with all new CA applications registered on or after 07/01/2020, the requirement to sign and comply with the PRA is reinstated. See Urgent Bulletin emailed 06/29/2020.
Effective for the benefit month of April 2020 until further notice, the Personal Responsibility Agreement (PRA) requirement is waived for CA applications, see Urgent Bulletin emailed 04/07/2020 regarding Suspension of the PRA.
As a requirement for CA, parents or other relatives who apply or are receiving CA are required to comply with all requirements specified in the PRA.
Individuals coded OU in the CA PT field on SEPA are not required to sign or comply with PRA requirements, and are not subject to graduated sanction policy.
NOTE This exception does not apply to the Pascua Yaqui (PY) Tribal TANF Program or the Hopi Tribal TANF Program
