A CA Personal Responsibility Agreement (PRA)
Effective with all new CA applications registered on or after 07/01/2020, the requirement to sign and comply with the PRA is reinstated. See Urgent Bulletin emailed 06/29/2020.
Effective for the benefit month of April 2020 until further notice, the Personal Responsibility Agreement (PRA) requirement is waived for CA applications, see Urgent Bulletin emailed 04/07/2020 regarding Suspension of the PRA.
The PRA is a document that lists the participant's CA PRA responsibilities.
The CA PRA is used for all CA single parent budgetary units and TPEP CA two parent budgetary units.
For TPEP cases, when one parent is not present at the interview, give the PI ten days to return the PRA with both parents’ signatures.
