NA Participant Provides Verification in the Second 30 Day Period
When the denial is due to the participant's failure to provide verification, take the following actions:
 
●Prorate the benefits from the date the verification is provided.
●Key the appropriate date in the BEN PRORATION DATE field on APMA.
●Authorize the determination on FSAD or FSED.
●Send the F124 notice for case approval. When the case is denied, send the appropriate NA denial notice.
