A regular eligibility determination and benefit authorization must be completed for the case before FSMI can be accessed.
When all applicable fields are keyed and ENTER is pressed, AZTECS records that the benefit has been paid.
The Issuance Indicator Code PX displays on FSBH in the ISSUE-IND field.
